For this kitchen project, we installed polished Ubatuba countertops with a full height backsplash and Ogee Bullnose edge, along with a stainless double bowl under-mount sink. All the surfaces were sealed with DRYTREAT sealant, securing fifteen years of strong protection against stains, scratches and color fading.

Ubatuba granite is a versatile stone quarried in Brazil. Just like in most granite colors, this stone’s color composition varies from one slab to another. It has a dark green undertone with tiny flecks of brown, gold, black, and grey minerals beautifully patterned throughout its surface.

Ubatuba may appear solid black when you look at it from a distance. However, when you look at it closely, you will notice that it’s detail is composed of several other colors creating a stunning design. With bright natural or artificial light, the colors in Ubatuba seem to sparkle! It is widely used in many projects because of its versatile colors and elegant appearance. Under proper care and maintenance, this durable granite will remain stain-free for many years.
