In this kitchen remodel project, we fabricated polished Hawaii granite slabs with a four inch backsplash and ¼ roundover edge. A double bowl sink was also installed in one of the counters, and all the surfaces were sealed with Dry-Treat, our trusted brand of sealant that guarantees up to twenty-five years of strong protection against color fading, scratches, and water stains.

Hawaii granite is a stunning stone that features a creamy undertone with grey, gold, beige, and black minerals scattered throughout the surface. It is not only beautiful but also very versatile.

Imported from Brazil, Hawaii granite is known for its attractive design that pairs well with both light and dark cabinet colors. When paired with cream-colored cabinetry, the different mineral colors are really noticeable and catch the eye. Many designers and homeowners love this granite because of its color composition and design flexibility aside from being used in kitchens and bathrooms, it is also ideal for other indoor and outdoor projects including fireplaces, bar tops, and outdoor kitchens.
