Rocky Top Custom Countertops just installed my quartz countertop. Noe and his partner did a great job installing it, and cleaned up after they were through. Randall Gregory was great to work with and answered all my phone calls. I have done most of my work my self because workers come in and don’t know what they are doing or they want to argue with you and I end up firing them, this is the first company that has pride in their work . I can’t say enough about this company. I give it a “A+!!!!!!!”. Thanks Randall for making this remodeling pleasant for me.

Chastity was great to work with and helpful each step of the way. There are more affordable shops out there, but we wanted to play it safe and work with an established local store.

The team was super helpful for a first time counter top buyer. It was beneficial to review multiple cut options and the digital layout review was key. We were dealing with a stronger pattern that had to have seam so it was important to get the different layouts correct.

The sink install was done incorrectly (not flush, etc.), but they were quick to come back and fix it when I brought it to their attention. Mildly disappointed that the installer was satisfied with it the first attempt, but again, they fixed it.

From my first encounter with Jasmin, my personal Rocky Top representative and my project concierge, I knew I was in the right place. Jasmin is experienced, knowledgeable and brings an enthusiasm born out of her love and appreciation for beautiful granite and quartz. Paired with her impressive knowledge of on-site stock, and availability of granite from vendors, she was able to guide me in finding the perfect granite to complement my kitchen renovation.

At every step, each member of the team that worked on my project was excellent. Their designer used computer renderings to help me see the final installation preview. Their installers communicated well and were efficient and the left my kitchen pristine. The general manager personally reached out to me to make sure that I was happy with my installation.
Overall, I highly recommend Rocky Tops Granite for any project that you may have that demands beautiful granite and attention to detail.

I worked with Jasmine who was great! She answered all of my questions along the way and made sure we were happy at the end of the process. The install crews were professional and skilled at their trade. Rocky Tops was a great company to work with and my counter is beautiful! Also, really cool - they scribe your counter to the wall. Being in a 1930s home with very crooked walls this was important to us so we could have a tile backsplash. Definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience working with Rocky Tops Custom Countertops. We felt that the salesman who assisted us, Randall Gregory, was more interested in having us find the perfect piece of granite for our kitchen remodel than he was trying to make a sale. He patiently showed us around the vast warehouse on three occasions as we narrowed down our choices.

Our countertop was installed this morning. The seam in the granite was so professionally done that it is hard to see where it is located.

We highly recommend Rocky Tops Custom Countertops.
